Artificial intelligence refers to the imitation of human intelligence in machines designed to think like humans and imitate our actions. The term can be applied to any machine that displays actions related to the human mind such as learning and solving problems.
This technology aims to build machines that make its decisions in the human mind and brain found in hundreds of algorithms. We see a variety of small and large areas where AI works whether it be our Word assistants or the health sector where it is most needed. AI knows no bounds when it comes to its operating systems because it is used wherever it is needed with the right algorithm and all the technology like in Marketing, health care, gaming and more.
Artificial intelligence is based on the principle that human ingenuity can be defined by the way a machine can easily mimic and perform tasks, from the simplest to the most complex as man can.
With the advent of technology, the standards required to describe artificial intelligence have become obsolete. For example, machines that calculate basic functions or receive text by character recognition are no longer considered a combination of artificial intelligence, because this function is now easily available as a compatible computer function.

Small AI is a term used to describe artificial intelligence systems specific to one or more operating systems. The antithesis of Narrow AI, sometimes called weak AI, is called strong AI. Strong AI, unlike Small AI, is able to handle a variety of tasks rather than performing a single task or problem. This variety of artificial intelligence can be thought of as the basis for neural networks that produce emotions or consciousness. Weak AI simply works and is bound by the rules set for it and will not violate those rules. A good example of weak AI characters in a computer game that works honestly within the context of their game character, but there is nothing else they can do.
Siri, Cortana and Google Assistant are all examples of small AI, but they are not good examples of weak AI, as it works within a range of the above mentioned functions. Users are part of the concept, they use to process natural language and pre-defined rules. They are not particularly examples of solid AI as there is no real intelligence or self-awareness. AI researcher Ben Goertzel, on his blog in 2010, said Siri was “young and brave” as evidenced by the annoying results when he asked questions beyond the limits of the app.
- Standard or robust AI:
If researchers can make Strong AI, the machine may need ingenuity; there will be self-awareness that can solve problems, learn, and plan for the future.
